I struggle as i find my way back to full fitness. I could only lift half the weight of what i could do before. Run 3/4 the distance i could before. Pretty depressing, but i wont stop. One of the worst parts has to be the controlling of my diet. Being such a "no-life" bugger i stay up till the wee hours of the morning, got to resist snacks. I need to find my life back. I feel like a completely useless bum, rotting at home doing nothing. I only contribute to the carbon dioxide in the air thats about it.
Time to sleep before i snack.
