I think the population of strays these days are on the rise, i'm saying this as there are far too many road carcasses nowadays. Be it cats or dogs. I saw 3 dead cats yesterday on road dividers, and 1 dead dog at the bus stop at dover. All road kills of course. So please, if you have a pet, use rubber! For the animal of course......
