Everyone has heard of the term "Crispy on the outside tender on the inside". Well i know of a canteen that serves chicken with alittle twist. Neither is it pretty on the outside nor was it tender on the inside, it was a perfect example of medium rare chicken drumstick.














Look they catch you with an element of surprise, you wouldn't know its medium rare untill you've eaten a quater of it. Do try it some day, its some canteen in tuas. Some muslim chap chye peng( sauce veggie rice).



Escargot? Check out this snail, never have i seen a snail squashed this way. We usually get totally squashed ones with bits of shell mixed with its flesh. This one has it's insides beautifully intact, just with it's shell cracked open. Oh ya should i add that it was runned over by our van.
